Note that this bulb is not dimmable — using it with a dimmer switch will cause flickering or early failure. Which wattage should I choose to replace my old bulb?

Compare lumens, not watts. A 9W LED produces roughly the same brightness as a 60W incandescent. For a direct swap: 3W ≈ 25W incandescent, 6W ≈ 40W, 9W ≈ 60W, 12W ≈ 75W, 15W–20W ≈ 100W+. If in doubt, go one step up — you can always use a lower-wattage bulb in a higher-rated fitting, but never exceed the fitting's maximum wattage.
Will this bulb work with my existing dimmer switch?

Can I use this bulb in a bathroom or outdoor fitting?
