Choosing your size
Size A (Ø 13 cm) is the standard choice for a single pendant over a dining table or kitchen island. The wider shade distributes light more broadly and the fitting reads as a statement at normal hanging height.
Size B (Ø 8.5 cm) suits a bedside, a reading corner, or a hallway where a smaller fitting is more appropriate. Also works well in multiples — two or three Size B pendants hung at staggered heights over a long table or island.
Size C (Ø 6.3 cm) is the most slender option — a narrow column of glass and brass that works best in multiples or in tight spaces where a larger shade would feel heavy.
Hang 65–75cm above a dining table surface. The 200cm cord suits most standard ceiling heights — extendable on request if your ceiling is higher. What bulb works best with a textured glass shade and brass frame?

A filament-style LED at 2200K–2700K is the best match — the warm amber light passes through the textured glass and the brass picks up the tone. A standard A60 LED at 2700K also works well if you want slightly more output. Avoid bulbs above 3000K — cooler light conflicts with the warm quality of both the glass and the brass finish. Will the brass tarnish, and does that matter?

Yes — unlacquered brass oxidises slowly over time, shifting from bright gold toward a deeper, warmer tone. This is expected and not a defect. To maintain the original brightness, apply a specialist brass cleaner once or twice a year and buff dry. To let the patina develop naturally, dust weekly with a dry microfibre cloth and leave it. In coastal homes, wipe monthly to prevent salt acceleration.
How many pendants do I need for a kitchen island?
