Frequently asked questions
Which lamp configuration should I choose?
The selector offers 1 Lamp, 2 Lamps and 3 Lamps. Choose the configuration for your intended arrangement and check its overall dimensions before ordering, as configuration-specific measurements are not specified.
Is the coloured glass option called Orange or Amber?
Choose Orange in the selector for the option previously described as amber. White is the other available colour. These names describe the fixture colour, not its light temperature.
Which bulbs does this pendant need, and are they included?
It uses E27 bulbs. Bulb inclusion is not confirmed, so check the package contents before purchasing bulbs. Maximum permitted wattage and bulb clearance are not specified.
Can I dim the light or change its temperature?
For dimming, use compatible dimmable E27 bulbs and a suitable dimmer. The bulb determines the light temperature: 2000 K is very warm, 2700 K is warm white and 6000 K is cool white. Built-in temperature switching is not confirmed.
Can I install it outdoors or near splashing water?
No. Its IP20 rating provides no water protection. Use it in dry indoor rooms, away from splashing water.
