This fitting has an open iron frame instead of a shade — the frame holds a hanging plant (pot, trailing plant, or decorative vessel) inside the structure, while the E27 bulb sits at the top of the frame and casts light downward through and around the plant. The result is a single ceiling installation that combines a light source and a plant display: the plant is lit from above, which highlights foliage and creates shadow patterns on the surface below, and the ambient light from the bulb fills the room around it. The open frame also means the fitting has a strong visual presence even when the light is off — the geometric iron structure and the plant inside it read as a decorative object in their own right. The fitting takes a standard E27 bulb (not included). For ambient lighting and the most flattering result on plant foliage, use a warm white E27 LED (2700K). For plant growth, use a daylight E27 LED (5000–6500K) if this pendant is the primary light source for the plant. The open frame means the bulb is partially visible — a globe or Edison-style E27 bulb suits the aesthetic of the fitting better than a standard opaque bulb.
What size plant fits inside the frame?
