The 350° horizontal rotation and 90° vertical tilt give near-total directional control — the 10° gap in rotation is at the wall bracket. This makes the fitting particularly effective on staircases where the angle of the wall and the direction of the steps require precise beam placement to illuminate each tread safely without glare. The E27 socket accepts bulbs up to 40 W maximum — do not exceed this rating. For staircase use, a warm white LED at 2700–3000 K provides good visibility without harsh glare; for a more focused task light, a 4000 K LED gives a crisper output. The bulb is not included. The iron construction is corrosion-resistant under normal indoor conditions. IP20 means it is rated for dry indoor spaces only — not suitable for outdoor staircases or bathroom zones. Is a bulb included?

No — bulbs are not included. Each fitting uses an E27 socket with a maximum rating of 40 W. For staircase use, a warm white LED at 2700–3000 K provides good visibility without harsh glare. Do not exceed the 40 W maximum per fitting.
How should I position them on a staircase?

Mount each light on the staircase wall at a height that allows the beam to be angled downward onto the treads below. Space them evenly along the run of the stairs — for a standard staircase, one light per 3–4 steps works well. Use the 350° rotation and 90° tilt to fine-tune the beam direction after installation. Avoid pointing the beam directly at eye level to prevent glare when ascending.
Does it need to be hardwired?
