Dimming is handled entirely by the included remote — there is no wall dimmer compatibility. IP20 means this fixture is strictly for dry indoor spaces; it cannot be installed in bathrooms or outdoor areas. The suspension cord adjusts up to 120 cm, which suits most ceiling heights, but cannot be extended beyond that length.
The S (80 cm) works well over a 2–4 seat dining table or a kitchen island up to ~120 cm long. The M (100 cm) suits a 4–6 seat table or a longer island. The 40 cm ceiling bar distributes the load evenly and keeps the fixture stable — ensure your ceiling junction box is rated for the fixture weight before installation. Common questions
Can I replace the LED if it fails?

No. The LED is integrated directly into the fixture and is not user-replaceable. The LED array is rated for a long lifespan under normal use conditions. If the LED fails outside of normal use, contact us to discuss options.
Does the remote control work with a standard wall dimmer?

No. Dimming is controlled exclusively via the included remote control. Do not connect this pendant to a wall dimmer switch — it may cause flickering or damage the driver. Wire it to a standard on/off circuit and use the remote for brightness and colour temperature adjustments.
Which size suits my dining table?

The S (80 cm) is well-proportioned for tables up to ~140 cm. The M (100 cm) suits tables from 140 to 200 cm. For tables over 200 cm, consider two S pendants hung in a row for more even light distribution. Hang the bottom of the fixture 70–80 cm above the table surface.
Can I use this pendant in a bathroom or kitchen above a sink?

No. This pendant is rated IP20 and is only suitable for dry indoor environments. It must not be installed in bathrooms, above sinks, or in any area exposed to moisture or steam.
Can the suspension cord length be adjusted or extended?

The cord adjusts up to a maximum of 120 cm and can be shortened during installation. It cannot be extended beyond 120 cm. If your ceiling is very high and you need a longer drop, this fixture may not be suitable.
