Pendant Lights — glass ball and metal tube
The glass ball shade diffuses light softly in all directions, casting a warm, even glow that flatters both the fitting and the space around it. The metal tube adds structure and contrast — the gold version brings warmth and a touch of glamour, while the black version keeps things clean and considered. Fit a 2700K filament LED for a warm, amber-toned output that shows through the glass beautifully.
Three diameter options let you scale the pendant to the setting: 15cm for a single accent or a tight group, 20cm as a versatile all-rounder over a kitchen island or dining table, and 25cm where you want a more generous, statement shade. Dimmable with a compatible switch. Browse our full pendant lights collection or read our guide on pendant lights for kitchen islands.
Common questions
Is the bulb included?
+
No — this pendant takes an E27 bulb. We recommend a filament LED at 2700K for a warm, amber glow that shows beautifully through the glass shade.
Is it suitable for a bathroom?
+
It is rated IP20 and designed for dry indoor spaces only. For bathroom use, choose a pendant with a minimum IP44 rating.
Which size should I choose?
+
15cm works well in a group of three over a kitchen island or as a single accent in a smaller space. 20cm is the most versatile option — it suits a kitchen island, dining table, or bedroom equally well. 25cm is best where you want a more generous, statement-making shade — over a large dining table or in an open-plan area.
What is the difference between black and gold?
+
Both share the same glass ball shade and tube form. Gold suits warm, glamorous, or Art Deco-inspired interiors and pairs well with marble, brass, and warm-toned materials. Black suits minimal, industrial, or Scandi interiors and creates a stronger contrast against lighter walls. The light output through the glass is identical.
How many pendants do I need over a dining table?
+
For a 180cm table, two pendants spaced 60cm apart work well. For a longer kitchen island, three in a row at equal spacing is standard. Hang at 70–80cm above the surface for the best light spread and visual balance.
